The meeting was called to order by President Stephanie Byrne with Fran Teresi, Chris Knop, Superintendent Jeff Sheehan, Clerk Nancy Baldwin, Solicitor Mark Manlove, Jeff Kaiser, Bob Matson and Ed Seigerst.
Moved by Teresi, seconded by Knop to approve the minutes of the March 10, 2008 meeting as presented by the Clerk.

Ed Seigerst was present to discuss the Issue 1 Project for the water main on Forest and Elm Street. The pre-application is due towards the end of May and the money will be available in July of 2009.
Revenue, Expenditure and Cash Balance reports were reviewed.
Superintendent’s Report. No action taken.
The Board reviewed the Wastewater Treatment Flow/Precipitation Comparison Report.
Superintendent Jeff Sheehan told the Board that the water meters the Village is using are being discontinued.
Superintendent Jeff Sheehan had quotes for the Board for a new pick up truck. He told the Board he would like to wait until next year to see what is offered in a hybrid. The Board agreed.
Superintendent Jeff Sheehan updated the Board on the Wastewater Treatment Expansion.
The Tree Planting project will be April 19, 2008 from 10:00-12:00.
Superintendent Jeff Sheehan discussed the water well maintenance costs. The motors need to be rehabbed and will cost $3000.00 to $5000.00. Chris Knop asked Sheehan to get costs on drilling new wells for budget purposes.
Superintendent Jeff Sheehan is getting quotes on lift station pumps.
A person from Brosius Road contacted Jeff Sheehan asking about bulk water hauling. The Board is no longer accepting applications for bulk water.
Superintendent Jeff Sheehan asked the Board to hire two seasonal workers for summer. Brian Cain will come back and will be paid $8.00 an hour and Jacob Elium is a new hire and will be paid $7.50 an hour.
Moved by Knop, seconded by Teresi to hire two seasonal summer workers. Brian Cain will be paid $8.00 an hour and Jacob Elium will be paid $7.50 an hour.
