Ordinance 2008-20-Village Tax Budget for 2009.
Ordinance 2008-21, An ordinance authorizing the Clerk of the Village of Garrettsville to transfer funds from certain accounts to balance the budget.
H. Luli Construction bid is over $4471.74 a letter was received on July 1, 2008 stating the reason why. Mike Heyd was aware of the situation. I need approval for a Then and Now Purchase Order to pay the remaining balance.
