Ed Seigerst will be present to discuss the Boards recommendation to increase water and sewer rates 10% for the next five years and to raise the sewer capacity fee (tap in fee) to $6,000.00 effective January 1, 2005. This would help fund the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion.

Ordinance 2004-34, An ordinance to rezone 6.62 acres of vacant land on the north side of Windham Street (State Route 82) in the Village of Garrettsville from R-1 to C-2, amending the zoning map to reflect this change.

Resolution 2004-37, A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.

Bob Matson would like to discuss the political sign ordinance. He would also like to discuss the Veteran’s Memorial adding monuments for the Iraq War and Afghan War.
