Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission Meeting was called to order by Chairman, Steve Hadzinsky at 7:00 pm, with, Jeff Kaiser, Jerry Kehoe, Craig Moser, (Mayor), Mark Manlove (Solicitor), and Jan Boehm (Zoning Inspector) present. Mr. Don Harvey was absent.

After the Pledge of Allegiance, Mr. Hadzinsky requested a motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting; there was no discussion. The minutes of the June 7, 2007, were approved when Mayor Craig Moser motioned the approved the minutes and Jerry Kehoe seconded the motion.

Vote: Ayes – Unanimous

Ms. Louise Harr, Manager of Rite Aid, 10764 North Street, was in attendance to request a permit to have a temporary 20’ grey storage trailer parked in the back of Rite Aid next to the area where currently the dumpsters are located. The dates indicated would be between 9/15/07 to 12/15/07, and promptly removed.

Mayor Moser moved to approve the temporary trailer, Steve Hadzinsky motioned to and Jerry Kehoe seconded the motion.

Vote: Ayes – Unanimous

At this time a discussion commenced regarding outdoor heating units throughout the village. The Fire Chief from Cuyahoga Falls was contacted, and stated they are regulated by Summit County; the thought would be to outlaw them at a later date.
