Mayor Craig Moser, Solicitor Mark Manlove, Clerk Nancy Baldwin, Phil Tushar,
Dan Huzl, Rick Patrick, a reporter from the Villager and the Record Courier.

Ordinance 2007-20, An ordinance amending
Section 1135.01(a)(13) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of
Garrettsville in order to comply with the Ohio Revised Code and provide an
enforceable definition for single family dwellings.

Moved by Matson, seconded by Eiermann to
close the Public Hearing and begin Regular Council.
