SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

MAY 1, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Moser with Teri Eiermann, Bob Matson, Chuck Klamer, Rick Patrick, Karen Clyde, Solicitor Mark Manlove, Clerk Nancy Baldwin, Larry Eiermann, Dave Kirk and Jan Boehm. (Jeff Kaiser was absent.)

The purpose of the meeting was to remove Rick Patrick from the Board of Zoning Appeals and appoint Jeff Kaiser because Jeff is on the Planning Commission.

Moved by Klamer, seconded by Eiermann to remove Rick Patrick from the Board of Zoning Appeals and appoint Jeff Kaiser to the Board of Zoning Appeals.

VOTE AYES—Unanimous

Moved by Clyde, seconded by Patrick to adjourn.
