The Work Session was called to order by Mayor Moser with Teri Eiermann, Bob Matson, Jeff Kaiser, Chuck Klamer, Karen Clyde, and Solicitor Michele Stuck, Clerk Nancy Baldwin. (Rick Patrick absent.)

There was discussion and changes made to the draft of the Employee Manual.

Moved by Eiermann, seconded by Matson to adjourn.
