was called to order by Mayor Craig Moser with Karen Clyde, Jeff Kaiser, Teri
Eiermann, Rick Patrick, Fred Bell, Gretchan Cram, Jeff Csorba, Don Moore,
Stephanie Byrne and
Ordinance
2007-18, An Ordinance to transfer the funding received from Garrettsville
Police Academy frees from the Garrettsville Police Academy fund to the General
fund, to transfer the sum of $17,917.00 Dollars from this fund due to the fact
it is no longer needed and further authorizing the Village Solicitor to submit
the legislation to the Portage County Court of Common Pleas for the courts
approval pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code 5705.14.

Mayor Moser
presented his questions and answers and reasons for the ¼% income tax levy
increase for the May 8th ballot. Promotion strategies were
discussed.
