SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
The meeting was called to
order by Mayor Craig Moser with Jeff Kaiser, Teri Eiermann,
Chuck Klamer, Karen Clyde, Bob Matson, Dave Kirk,
Solicitor Mark Manlove, Jody Schroath, and
Moved by Matson seconded by Klamer to suspend the rule that ordinances be fully and completely read on three different days and
that Ordinance 2006-32 be placed on first reading and passed.

Moved by Matson seconded by
Kaiser to approve Ordinance 2006-32 An
Ordinance declaring it necessary in order to provide the Village of
Garrettsville with funds for Capital Improvements and other services to
increase the Village Income Tax by .25% effective January 1, 2007.

place a .25% income tax increase on the ballot for the
